About the Founder

The Consulting Station is led by a mission-driven consultant, coach, and strategist with over 20 years of experience in leadership development, organizational strategy, and human capital management. With a degree in Leadership and Commerce and a senior-level HR certification, our founder combines academic insight, operational expertise, and personal resilience to deliver results that matter.

Her career spans military service, federal agencies, nonprofits, and public administration—equipping her with a unique lens to understand and empower individuals and organizations across diverse sectors. As a Navy veteran, transformation mentor, and award-winning professional, she has guided entrepreneurs, professionals, and workforce leaders—both in and out of uniform—to rise, lead, and succeed.

My Why...

The Consulting Station was born from both struggle and success.

As a young veteran, single mother, and woman navigating personal setbacks, I once faced life with uncertainty and deep discouragement. At 30, I felt behind—no degree, in debt, and living on an air mattress with two children. But what looked like rock bottom became the foundation for radical transformation.

Through mentorship, education, and hard-earned resilience, I rebuilt. I rose through the ranks in leadership, earned multiple credentials, and most importantly, discovered a deeper purpose: to help others navigate their own turning points and transitions.

I founded The Consulting Station to be the resource I once needed—a place that provides not just information, but insight; not just coaching, but care. Every lesson I’ve lived now powers the way I lead—helping others bridge their dreams to reality with structure, support, and soul.

That’s why I do what I do. And that’s what The Consulting Station is all about.
