This 30-minute discovery call is your opportunity to pause, reflect, and plan your next step forward—with strategy and support tailored to YOU. Cancellation Policy
📞 Discovery Call Policy: The Consulting Station, Inc. Our Discovery Calls are designed to create a focused space for clarity, alignment, and next steps. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and respectful experience. 🔹 Session Overview Discovery calls are 30 minutes and conducted via phone or virtual meeting. These sessions are intended to explore your goals, assess alignment, and recommend the best service or support track for you. 🔹 Pre-Assessment Requirement A pre-assessment questionnaire may be required before your discovery call. This helps us better understand your needs and maximize the value of your session. You will receive the form by email after booking. Calls may be rescheduled if the form is not completed in advance. 🔹 Booking Requirements Discovery calls must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A confirmation email with your session details and meeting link will be sent upon booking. 🔹 Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed calls without notice will be considered a no-show and may limit future bookings. One courtesy reschedule is allowed per discovery session. 🔹 Punctuality Please be on time. Sessions will end as scheduled and may be canceled if you're more than 10 minutes late. 🔹 One-Time Offer Discovery calls are a complimentary or low-cost one-time session intended for initial insights and service matching. Ongoing support requires booking a service or package.
